1:1 Intensive
Get high-touch, expert guidance over 4 months. This includes a deep-dive intake, targeted lab testing (at wholesale price), and a tailored plan based on your unique case. Ideal if you’re ready to get to the root of your health concerns with full 1:1 support.
With this plan, you will undergo an initial consultation reviewing your whole-health. Your consult is aimed at identifying the root cause of illness and disease or identifying your health and anti-aging goals. You will work with Dr. Towle to develop a preliminary testing and treatment plan which may include additional lab testing, lifestyle suggestions, and nutraceutical recommendations.
Prior to your appointment, you will be sent comprehensive health forms for completion that Dr. Towle will extensively review prior to your appointment. Dr. Towle may also request any recent lab testing you’ve already undergone.
$5,000 for 4 months
Small Group intensive
Join a group of four and go through the same 4-month intensive together. You’ll still get the same in-depth care, just in a small group setting and at a lower price.
$4,000 for 4 months (save 20%)
Perpetuity Membership
After your 4-month intensive, you can transition into our monthly membership to maintain your progress. It includes a 45-minute visit (or equivalent email support) each month, plus continued access to discounted labs and expert guidance.
$350 per month (individual)
$280 per month (group)
Note: If you’ve already completed a full functional medicine workup and treatment plan with another provider and are transitioning your care to us, please reach out. We sometimes waive the initial intensive on a case-by-case basis. If it’s a good fit, you may be able to move straight into ongoing membership.
